Requirements: –
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing communications, public relations or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in the corporate communications sector.
- Experience working for global matrix organizations.
- Experience of developing and executing organizational wide internal communications strategies, including setting measurable communications objectives, crafting key messages, defining appropriate channels and tactical planning.
- Experience in creating creative and engaging internal communications content including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations that align with business priorities and goals and support the company’s culture and values.
- Experience of creating content and managing logistics for Town Halls and other employee events.
- Experience in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of internal communications, and can make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to distill complex issues/ideas into simple and compelling communication.
- Proficiency in O365, particularly communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, and PPT.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the tech sector is a plus.
