Requirements: –
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Proven experience as a senior data analyst, with at least 4 years in a product-focused role
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics and app analytics, tracking, and data analysis (ideally at least 2 years in a scale-up environment).
- 2+ years of experience as a team leader
- 3+ years experience with Tableau Desktop, Power BI and/or Data Studio.
- 4+ years of experience working with Google Analytics.
- Detail-oriented and resolutive person, self-starter, and team player.
- Fluent in English. Be able to communicate insights and recommendations to native English speakers.
- Experience supporting team members with resolving technical blockages and definitions as well as coaching to develop team members’ skills.
- Experience with project management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
